Job summary

24hr-Safety is seeking Full-time Rescue Technicians in Deer Park, Texas. Technicians will perform technical rescues for emergencies in various environments including refineries and chemical plants. Responsibilities include ensuring safety during rescues, operating rescue tools, and maintaining compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards. Candidates must be 21+, pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate teamwork and communication skills. The position demands physical fitness and readiness for variable schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910.146, NFPA 1006, and related standards.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead rescuer for safe and efficient rescue response.
• Perform technical rescue operations in hazardous environments.
• Operate and maintain rescue tools and equipment.
