We are seeking a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to drive the hiring strategy for our hardware teams within the Air Dominance and Strike division. This person will operate independently as a subject matter expert, ensuring we recruit top‑tier hardware talent and shape our long‑term talent strategy.
This role will be hybrid onsite in Costa Mesa, CA, Seattle, Washington D.C., Boston, or remote. This role is open to contract only with eligibility to convert.
US Salary Range
$50 - $80 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
