Your Impact

Manage the full recruitment life cycle.Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand all the job requirements and how the role fits into the overall team, company.Develop and deliver effective recruiting strategies to attract a high-quality pool of qualified inbound candidates.Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to build a solid pipeline of outbound candidates.Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural add, and alignment with company values.Coordinate and guide candidates through the full cycle interview process.Partner cross-functionally to build offers and effectively close candidate offers.Provide an exceptional candidate experience ensuring candidates feel valued and informed throughout the process by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized interactions.Utilize data to inform recruiting strategies, report progress, and continuously look for opportunities to improve results.We're looking for someone who3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environmentAble to follow our hybrid work schedule of three days a week in our Mountain View office.
