Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking experienced IT Recruiters for C2H and permanent hiring. Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Mon-Sat with every 2nd & 4th Sat off.

We require 15 years of IT recruitment experience, consultancy background preferred, and mandatory C2H experience. You should be proficient in sourcing, screening, job posting, mass mailing and end-to-end recruitment, with excellent communication. Laptop and WiFi are musts.

We Are Hiring IT Recruiters

Eligibility:

• 15 years of experience in IT Recruitment (Consultancy background preferred)
• Strong knowledge in Niche IT Skills: SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud, ERP, Java, Full Stack, C++, .NET, DevOps, etc.
• C2H experience is mandatory
• Good in Sourcing, Screening, Job Posting, Mass Mailing, Job Portals & End-to-End Recruitment
• Good communication skills
• Must have Laptop & WiFi
• Strong closure record in both C2H & Permanent hiring
• Salary + Incentives + Mobile Reimbursement (Final CTC & designation depend on experience and 2nd round)
