Zusammenfassung

CapTech is seeking a Technical Recruiter in the United States to own the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing to offer, partnering with Talent Acquisition and practice leads to hire top talent. You will creatively source passive candidates, engage across multiple channels, and build a pipeline that strengthens CapTech's brand.

You will qualify candidates, maintain excellent candidate experiences, and support internal initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years recruiting with a focus on technology roles (software engineering, data engineering, management consultant roles preferred)
• 2+ years recruiting in the consulting or staffing industry is preferred
• Collaborative team player with positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience building and maintaining a top-performing candidate pipeline
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and shift focus quickly
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Docusign, and various sourcing platforms
• AI-forward mindset with tools like Co-pilot, Co-work, and LinkedIn AI tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent combo of education and experience

Responsibilities for the Technical Recruiter include:

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Service Offering Leads, and Practice Leads to hire the best talent
• Create recruiting strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of top-performing consultants who can build the CapTech brand
• Creatively source and engage passive talent through multiple channels; use AI tools to create search strings, job descriptions etc.
• Build relationships with candidates and sell the CapTech story
• Qualify potential candidates and provide a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process
• Focus on building out the CapTech brand to attract and nurture future candidates
• Support internal recruiting initiatives
• Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to drive candidates through the process; ensuring there is a focus on detailed notes, feedback, and documentation

Specific qualifications for the Technical Recruiter include:

• 3-5+ years recruiting with a focus on technology roles (software engineering, data engineering, management consultant roles preferred)
• 2+ years recruiting in the consulting or staffing industry is preferred

• Prior experience building and maintaining a pipeline of top-performing consultants
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and change focus quickly
• Prior experience using recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, Docusign and other sourcing platforms
• AI forward mentality- experience with tools such as Co-pilot, Co-work, LinkedIn AI tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience
