Job summary

Actively AI in New York City is hiring a Technical Recruiter to build a high-velocity, end-to-end technical recruiting engine. This in-person role focuses on sourcing and closing top engineers for Product Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Agent Product Managers, Product Managers, and leadership.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, calibrate hiring managers, craft offers, and drive a talent network for category-defining AI work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years technical recruiting in SaaS.
• Experience closing top 1% engineering talent.
• Build deep R&D talent networks before roles open.

About the Role

Actively AI is building one of the most-talent dense R&D teams in all of AI — and we’re hiring a Technical Recruiter who operates with the same intensity, urgency, and ownership as our entire team.

This is a rare opportunity to build a technical recruiting engine at a category-defining AI company in person in NYC.

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting Across All Technical Roles

• Own end-to-end hiring for Product Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Agent Product Managers, Product Managers, and leadership
• Build outbound pipeline and nurture long-term talent relationships
• Manage a world-class entire candidate experience from first contact to close
• Lead hiring manager calibration, interview loops, and decision processes
• Craft offer strategies and close high-caliber engineering talent
• Drive an event + marketing strategy that helps build the engineering recruiting engine

• 3+ years technical recruiting in SaaS
• Experience recruiting and closing top 1% engineering talent -- high, uncompromising bar.
• Build deep R&D talent networks long before roles open
• Thrive in an early-stage, fast-moving, unstructured environment
• Skilled closer with high EQ and excellent judgment
• Strong partner to executives and hiring managers
• Energized by building systems, teams, and category-defining orgs

Compensation Range: : $140,000 USD - $210,000 USD
