TECHNICAL RECRUITER

LOCATION

Bedford, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $75,000-$85,000 annually + 12% bonus
• Full-time

ROLE IMPACT

Drive full life-cycle recruitment for non-exempt/hourly roles across corporate and business functions. Build strong talent pipelines, deliver an effective candidate experience, and partner with hiring teams to meet current and future staffing needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, assessments, candidate submittals, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate relationship management.
• Develop talent pipelines using AI sourcing tools, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to provide recruiting updates, calibrate hiring needs, and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Support employer branding and talent marketing strategies and represent the organization at career fairs and college recruiting events.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate and business information and apply relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct talent searches using sourcing platforms, AI tools, Boolean search, market research, networking, and candidate screening techniques.
