  • Perform detailed analysis across supply, demand, capacity, and material data to support planning decisions.
  • Analyze outputs from planning and analytics tools (e.g., reports, heat maps, scenario outputs) to identify trends, constraints, and inconsistencies.

  • Translate data into clear, structured insights and executive‑ready summaries (tables, charts, and slides).

  • Experience creating clear data visualizations and summaries for business decision‑making.
Professional Experience & Attributes
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–12 years in technical program management, business operations, or operations transformation, including at least 3 years leading programs with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel: complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and scenario/sensitivity analysis. Working SQL and relational database fluency (tables, joins, keys) sufficient to query and interpret operational data independently.
  • Ability to structure, clean, and analyze large and imperfect datasets, and to turn the result into an executive‑ready recommendation.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop execution plans, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑facing presentation and facilitation capabilities.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, product development, or technology environments.
  • Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, enterprise systems, data/analytics, automation, or digital product programs.
  • Direct experience in semiconductor or high‑mix manufacturing planning — supply planning, capacity planning, or materials management.
  • Experience with S&OP process management, clear understanding all aspect of S&OP / IBP
