Responsibilities

Define and drive cost reduction, resiliency, and value engineering strategy.
Own a portfolio of value programs across implant product lines.
Lead end-to-end program execution from concept to production enablement.
Develop robust cost models and forecasts; track savings.
Integrate value initiatives into product roadmaps.
Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
Identify design, sourcing, and specification opportunities to reduce cost.
Evaluate trade-offs to enable informed decisions.
Monitor program health and resolve delivery risks.
Benchmark to improve value program strategy and impact.
