Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, mathematics, or equivalent.
• 5 years demonstrated technical project management experience.
• Experience with multiple projects and collaboration with technical project managers.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira or similar tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Background in quality, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical project manager for the development team.
• Develop, execute, and manage all aspects of assigned technical projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and software development teams to define goals.
• Establish a communication strategy for project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Create technical documentation as needed.
• Support postmortem reviews and improvement initiatives.
