Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Platform) to lead complex platform-driven initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning technical dependencies with business goals. You will drive delivery through asynchronous communication, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure unblockage of engineering work using Jira, Confluence, Slack and Google Workspace.

This role is fully remote with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Technical Project Management experience in platform or infra engineering.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and multi-team delivery.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and JQL for tracking and documentation.
• Strong experience facilitating asynchronous communications using Slack and Google Workspace.
• Advanced English proficiency.

• Maintain and share deep platform knowledge to facilitate smooth technical coordination and ensure accurate project documentation.
