  • Hold clients accountable for activity that our team depends upon to succeed;
  • Coordinate client and third-party meetings to align purpose and manage expectations;
  • Translate technical issues to non-technical clients to ensure they make good decisions based on available information; and
  • Write statements of work that create realistic budgets and timelines for new initiatives, whether new business or add-on engagements.
Project management
  • Set project expectations at engagement outset regarding scope, budget, risk, and timelines;
  • Develop project plans that identify critical milestones, deliverables, and resources;
  • Secure resources to complete necessary tasks;
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure predictable and compliant delivery;

  • Interface with other departments to ensure effective hand-offs and shared purpose; and
  • Promote best practices to improve delivery, profitability, employee satisfaction, and customer success.

Location: This position is located in our Arlington VA office. For the first 90 days, you will be in office; afterward, you may negotiate one day/week to work from home.
