GForce Life Sciences seeks a Technical Project Manager II for combination products. You will lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, quality, and lab operations to drive testing programs to completion.

Focus on coordinating DHF activities, design verification, method validation, and regulatory alignment while maintaining client satisfaction. Onsite presence in Northbrook, IL, with a strong emphasis on technical rigor and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in combination product and/or medical device development, testing or engineering.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations, testing coordination and management of priorities across multiple active testing programs.
• Working knowledge of regulatory and quality system requirements including cGMP, cGLP, cGDP, ISO standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Project Management tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of medical device and drug-device combination product testing projects, ensuring delivery meets timelines and client requirements.
• Align engineering, laboratory, quality, and project management resources to keep testing programs moving.
• Facilitate project check-ins and issue-resolution discussions for technical challenges and scheduling conflicts.
• Partner with on-site teams to balance testing priorities, equipment access, and staffing across client engagements.
• Communicate with clients and colleagues about testing approaches, troubleshooting, investigations, and verification plans.
• Provide technical leadership on test protocols, results analysis, and supporting documentation.
• Organize laboratory workloads and allocate resources to support timely delivery and client service.
• Track project status, risks, capacity, and changing client priorities to anticipate delays.
• Foster teamwork, technical rigor, and timely execution with accurate work from the outset.
