Job summary

Socure is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive global deployments and partner with clients and internal teams. You will combine tactical execution with strategic program oversight to deliver our Platform and Identity solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience.
Applied knowledge of agile software development processes.
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
Excellent English communication in a professional setting.
Interest in indoor location technology and learning new domains.

Responsibilities

Own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for global clients and partners.
Forecast and communicate project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Educate commercial and technical stakeholders on Socure's solutions and deployment process.
Collaborate with developers and deployment managers to integrate Socure's technology with client applications.
Investigate and diagnose challenges with Socure's technical teams to ensure quality.
Facilitate client status meetings to manage scope and schedule of deployments.
Learn Socure's product suite to understand client use and influence the roadmap.
Support an inclusive culture and empower teammates to show up authentically.
