Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Technical Project Manager (DevOps) to lead the infrastructure across multiple environments and to expand DevOps capabilities for critical missions. This role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph and is on-site, with no telework.

You will coordinate with customers and the DevOps team to capture tasks in JIRA, manage sprint planning, and ensure priorities and milestones align with requirements.

Qualifications

• 14 years’ experience as a system engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 5 additional years of experience as a system engineer may be substituted for a degree
• Experience using Confluence and JIRA

Responsibilities

• Learn, build, and expand your DevOps skills while managing and expanding the infrastructure across multiple environments supporting important mission for various parties.
• Manage sprint planning and retrospective; facilitate internal customer and team meetings; communicate status, priorities, and milestones with customer management.
