FRDA is seeking a highly technical Project Manager to lead and support a 7-person Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) team. This role combines traditional project and contract management responsibilities with hands-on cyber threat intelligence leadership, technical analysis, and analyst mentorship.
The successful candidate will spend approximately 50% of their time managing contract execution, team operations, customer engagement, and project delivery, and 50% serving as a senior cyber threat intelligence practitioner responsible for intelligence production, analytical oversight, technical guidance, and process improvement.
This is not a traditional administrative project management role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber threat intelligence analysis, intelligence reporting, analytic methodologies, and data-driven investigations. They should be capable of reviewing and improving intelligence products, guiding analysts through complex investigations, and leveraging technical tools, databases, and code to support intelligence operations.
This role is onsite in Tysons, Virginia.
