Job summary

Tranzeal Incorporated is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead AI/ML and Agile delivery initiatives across enterprise platforms. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage budgets, align with stakeholders, and coach teams in Agile practices.

The role requires hands-on Scrum Master leadership across multiple teams, strong reporting, and collaboration with Product Owners on backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience with Agile delivery teams.
• Proven ability to perform PM and SM responsibilities across multiple projects.
• Strong project financial management: budgeting, forecasting, actuals, CapEx/OpEx, vendor spend, PCRs.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, vendor management, SSO, and integrations.
• Understanding of procurement, sourcing, finance, and accounting processes.
• Strong JIRA experience; familiarity with Confluence, ServiceNow, Oracle, Coupa, and Apptio preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery, AI agents, conversational analytics, or predictive modeling.
• Experience with HR technology or procurement platforms.
• PMP certification and Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support UAT, user adoption, training, and business value tracking.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage JIRA boards, sprint metrics, velocity, and release tracking.
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and coach teams on Agile practices.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead two enterprise technology initiatives involving AI-powered analytics and Machine Learning implementation.

This dual-role position requires strong project delivery, financial management, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, and hands-on Agile/Scrum leadership across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
