Job summary

Maymont Homes in Charleston, SC, seeks a Technical Project Manager to orchestrate technology product initiatives from planning through release. You will partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and external vendors to define delivery plans, manage timelines, and ensure quality and compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience delivering software products or managing projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and external vendors.
• Strong PM, Agile and communication skills.
• Knowledge of system integrations, data migrations, and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery and implementation projects with scope, timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate UAT, release readiness, deployment runbooks and related artifacts.
• Maintain RAID logs and escalate risks, issues, actions and decisions to leadership.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans with product teams and owners.
• Coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams for releases and implementations.
• Improve delivery processes and maintain project documentation.
