Molex in Fremont, California, is seeking a Technical Project Manager for their Advanced Development team. In this role, you will lead and mentor cross-functional teams throughout the advanced development process. Candidates should have extensive project management experience and fluency in Japanese, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic, multinational environment.

As an Advanced Development Technical Project Manager (ADTPM) in Molex's Copper Solutions Business Unit you will be leading a highly motivated, world-wide, cross functional team through the Advanced Development Process from Project Initiation to the start of Product Development (PDP). You are comfortable leading WW cross functional teams, working directly with customers, mentoring team members, solving problems, and making/being accountable for project-level decisions. You have strong project management experience in "technical" business environments.
You thrive on moving the needle to achieve business objectives that will take Molex and our customers to the next level.
For this role, we anticipate paying $140,000 - $175,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
