You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor scope, timelines and costs, and help drive readiness for production using DFM principles. Travel up to 50-60% is required as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management within a manufacturing, hardware, or mechanical environment.
• Ability to communicate across technical teams and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% initially.
• Experience working in fast-paced, unstructured, high-pressure settings.
• PMP certification preferred.

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support complex, high-visibility hardware development programs within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Technical Project Manager will play a key supporting role to Program Managers, helping drive execution across Cable Backplane Systems production test and signal integrity initiatives while developing into a full program ownership capacity. This is a full-time position, and the Technical Project Manager will sit onsite in RTP, NC.

Compensation for the Technical Project Manager includes:

• Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually
