Neros Technologies in Torrance, CA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cost, schedule, and resource planning for defense programs.
You will work with cross-functional teams to develop estimates, budgets, BOEs, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with program objectives and delivery milestones. This role requires strong Excel and scheduling skills and a collaborative, fast-paced approach.

The Technical Project Manager will support the technical planning, cost analysis, resource planning, and execution tracking for RDT&E, engineering, and program related efforts supporting defense programs.This role will work closely with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Manufacturing, Test, and other functional teams to develop detailed estimates, resource plans,technicalschedules, and cost forecasts necessary to support program execution. TheTechnicalProjectManagerwill provide visibility into the cost, resource, and schedule impacts oftechnical activities while helping cross-functional teams maintain alignment against established program objectives.
$111,500 – $156,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
