Avantor is seeking a B2B Technical Project Manager to lead customer integration initiatives, coordinating plans from requirements through deployment and closeout. You will work across customers and internal teams to understand business needs, technical capabilities, and integration requirements.
Develop scalable integration procedures and push for ongoing improvements. The role requires experience with P2P/O2C processes, EDI/cXML/XML/API technologies, and common eProcurement platforms;
The B2B Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading customer integration projects and supporting the development and implementation of scalable B2B integration solutions between Avantor and its customers. This role manages technical integration projects throughout the project lifecycle, partners with internal and external stakeholders, evaluates existing business processes and technologies, and identifies opportunities to improve the customer Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash experience. The B2B Technical Project Manager will also contribute to the development of Avantor's long-term integration strategy, including future connectivity with customer and supplier eProcurement platforms and external portals.
Serve as a primary technical liaison between Avantor, customers, and internal teams for B2B integration initiatives.
Lead customer integration projects from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and project closeout.
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, technical capabilities, and integration needs.
Develop, document, and continuously improve standardized B2B integration procedures and implementation practices.
Analyze current business processes, systems and integration technologies and recommend opportunities for process or system improvements.
Lead internal and external project teams by establishing project plans, assigning responsibilities, monitoring deliverables, and managing timelines.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential issues and coordinate appropriate resolution or escalation.
Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed-upon timelines.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, project teams, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Support the development of Avantor's future-state B2B integration strategy, including integrations with external eProcurement and supplier platforms.
Maintain appropriate project documentation and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is $78,000.00 - $125,350.00 Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
