Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the RPL10 Program and coordinate multi-team efforts across Meta relationships. You will drive planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and reporting to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with Agile/Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2. A collaborative, fast-paced environment offers opportunities to influence strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across leadership levels.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the RPL10 Program.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities to align staffing with delivery timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison with Meta, facilitating communication across stakeholders.
• Track progress across workstreams, identify risks, issues, and blockers.
• Establish risk mitigation plans and elevate critical issues as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and drive actions to completion.
• Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and program health metrics.
• Collaborate with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure program success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Technical Project Manager (TPM) – RPL10 Program

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the RPL10 Program.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities to ensure program staffing aligns with delivery timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison with Meta, facilitating communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Track progress across workstreams, proactively identifying risks, issues, and delivery blockers.
• Establish and maintain risk mitigation plans and elevate critical issues where required.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and ensure actions are driven to completion.
• Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and program health metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure successful program outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects or program in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple teams and leadership levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 is desirable.
