Job summary

CSlope Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the BATS modernization program and oversee technical delivery, schedule, staffing, financial performance, risk management, Agile execution, and stakeholder coordination. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum six years of relevant project or technical program management experience.
• Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional) or Scrum Master certifications (CSM/PSM I-III/ACSM/PSPM).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development, testing, data, architecture, and UI/UX teams.
• Manage schedule, staffing, budget, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the ATF Product Owner, COR, government program leadership, cybersecurity personnel, and infrastructure teams.
• Manage Product Backlog execution, sprint planning, demonstrations, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Analyze complex program, technology, methodology, and resource issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop short- and long-range plans for application development, maintenance, deployment, and production support.
• Monitor sprint completion, carryover, blocker age, quality, security, and Product Owner acceptance.
• Ensure delivery of secure, tested, documented, and accepted software increments.

• Preferred: Experience managing AWS-based software-development programs.
