Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a lead Technical Project Manager to guide complex programs for a federal client. You will orchestrate efforts across network engineers, data scientists, and software developers, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure milestones align with contract requirements and client mission.

A TS/SCI with polygraph is required and familiarity with FAR/DFARS guidance is expected. You will identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and oversee contract reviews, while

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a program or project manager.
  • 1+ years of experience in the management and control of funds and resources.
  • Experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
  • Experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as in leading a multi-vendor environment.
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • HS diploma or GED.
  • PMI-PMP Certification.

You Have
  • 10+ years of experience as a program or project manager
  • 1+ years of experience in the management and control of funds and resources
  • Experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting
  • Experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as in leading a multi-vendor environment
  • Knowledge of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED
  • PMI-PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
