Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
- Experience in technical project/program management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with Java/.NET/Python environments.
- Familiar with APIs and microservices.
- Proficient in DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Strong Jira/Confluence usage and delivery tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and reporting.
- Onsite/offshore delivery coordination.
Responsibilities
- Create business requirement documents from workshops with stakeholders.
- Design high- and low-level software designs and prototypes.
- Develop complex software applications with coding standards.
- Create and guide testing strategies aligned to requirements.
- Guide technical implementation of system infrastructure and apps.
- Ensure consistent system rollouts and minimize disruptions.
- Analyze incident trends and propose solutions; establish monitoring.
- Provide insights and build client/internal relationships.
- Maintain knowledge bases for vital information.
- Contribute to selecting tools with architects and assess new tech.
- Develop technical implementation roadmaps based on client needs.
- Contribute to proposals and RFPs delivering insights.
