Individual Capabilities/Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, physics or other related discipline plus at least 7 years of engineering experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project lead role technically managing cost, schedule and performance of R&D engineering projects
• Position requires an active Top Secret clearance, with SCI eligibility
• US Citizenship
• Should have robust knowledge/experience of EO/IR technologies , RF technologies or Electronic Warfare (EW) technologies
• Experience with military system RDT&E processes and organizations

Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired

• Ideal candidate would be EW SME with Army project leader experience
• Prior DOD civilian project leader or military project/product manager

Responsibilities
