Job summary
Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Technical Programmer Analyst to join our Enterprise Services Technology team. You will support analysis, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise applications and vendor platforms, working across technical and business units to deliver reliable solutions and enhancements.
You will partner with business teams, document requirements and tests, and drive continuous improvement in processes and automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in application development, systems analysis, business analysis, or technology support roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications through the SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Provide configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders for vendor products and internal applications.
- Analyze business workflows and application behavior to recommend improvements and support remediation efforts.
- Write and maintain code for new and updated programs that meet user needs and department standards.
- Develop system test plans to ensure performance and integration quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, interpret, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
