Job summary

NetApp seeks an experienced Strategy and Program Manager to drive growth in the CPTO portfolio. The role integrates input from diverse stakeholders to guide global CPTO strategy and objectives, translating business needs into outcomes, and excels at managing projects to successful completion.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, influence programs and drive multi-stakeholder initiatives, contributing to NetApp’s technology growth and customer experience improvements in a hybrid work

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience in engineering, stakeholder management, business operations or a similar role.
  • Keen understanding of tech strategies, programs, operations, or other program management activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Awareness of NetApp products is an added advantage.
  • Participate with cross-functional teams in delivery of NetApp’s CPTO projects.
  • Drive coordination and orchestration across multiple stakeholders to identify, prioritize, design, and deploy key initiatives that accelerate NetApp’s Technology growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Guide other stakeholders in the development of comprehensive programs and tech initiatives, including governance models, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate updates, progress, and results to stakeholder groups, including executive leadership, sales teams, and cross-functional teams.
  • Be instrumental in gathering field feedback and insights to inform the CPTO office on new initiatives

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategy and Program Manager to help drive growth in NetApp’s CPTO portfolio. The person will play a vital role in driving the success of our CPTO (Chief Platform & Technology Office) strategy, offer, and program design/development. This role will be focused on integrating input from a broad range of stakeholders to guide the global CPTO strategy and objectives. The successful candidate will be passionate about solving problems and partnering across teams and organizations to drive change. Additionally, the candidate will be an expert in translating business needs into required outcomes and is excellent at managing projects successfully.

Education

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other relevant program management certifications preferred.

The target salary range for this position is $129,200 - 192,500. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
