Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a senior program leader to drive technical architecture and program coordination across multiple engineering teams in the US. The role focuses on AWS-based solutions, data pipelines, and AI/ML integration patterns to support enterprise initiatives.

The position requires strong communication with senior stakeholders and a track record of delivering complex, cross-region rollouts, change management, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS service architecture across compute, storage, networking and serverless services.
• Understanding of distributed systems design, event-driven architectures and API integration patterns.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration patterns including Generative AI, agentic workflows, and natural language interfaces.
• Knowledge of Andes data lake architecture and data pipeline patterns is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to manage the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams and organizations.
• Experience driving alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders at the Sr. Manager and Director level.
• Skilled at defining measurable objectives and influencing resource allocation across teams.
• Ability to identify dependencies and technical risks across teams, unblock delivery, and negotiate priorities to accelerate program execution.
• Experience designing and executing program rollout plans including phased launches, adoption tracking, and change management across regions.

Technical Architecture & Design

• Experience developing stakeholder communication strategies including launch announcements, progress summaries, and escalation communications
• Proficiency in driving operational reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement cycles across engineering delivery teams
