Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in San Francisco is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross‑functional programs within the quality engineering division. You will coordinate with software, design and product teams to ensure high‑quality online services and platform integrations.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or CS and 3+ years of TPM experience in software, with familiarity in Asana/JIRA, KPI development and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering/computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of technical program management in software development.
• Experience with online services and cross‑platform integration.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and shift‑left/right testing.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of large-scale technical programs with significant impact.
• Define deliverables and milestones for cross‑team dependencies.
• Develop a comprehensive roadmap for future releases and projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks across multiple programs with proactive communication.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and define key milestones.
• Back up program team for additional programs including internal tooling.
• Develop and maintain deep understanding of HW/SW architecture and integrations.
• Keep aligned with current technical trends and emerging technologies.
