Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in consumer electronics.
• Strong background in sensor design, testing, or system integration.
• Experience with hardware modules such as touch displays, ALS, SoC, and integrated circuits.
• Ability to track software-related issues without requiring deep software development experience.
• Clear, executive-level English communication, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to collaborate with remote teams across time zones (China-friendly hours).

Responsibilities

• Drive Test Engineering teams to identify hardware/software dependencies and develop schedules for delivery.
• Decompose test and calibration requirements into discrete features with dependencies and milestones.
• Schedule cross-functional meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
• Document build bring-up learnings and share timelines with CM partners.
• Coordinate logistics with TE and cross-functional teams; assess bring-up/validation risks.
• Apply PM methodologies (critical path, Gantt charts, risk registry) using Radar, JIRA, Confluence, Wrike.
