Google LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager Lead for YouTube Shopping in San Bruno, CA. You will own a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional programs that accelerate business impact and scale the YouTube Shopping affiliate program.
You will direct strategy and lead teams of Software Engineers and Program Managers, coordinating with executive stakeholders across Google to drive alignment and delivery on ambitious goals.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead a portfolio of strategic, complex, multidisciplinary programs that significantly accelerate the business impact of YouTube Shopping. You will direct program strategy and lead program teams that support our large global team of Software Engineers and Program Managers to successfully deliver on our Google-level metrics to scale the YouTube Shopping affiliate program.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $236000 - $329000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
