Job summary

Infosys DNA is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Informatica & Reltio) to lead data integration initiatives in Richmond, VA. You will translate business needs into scalable designs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Ideal candidates bring ETL, Python, and SQL expertise with data management and cloud experience. This is a full-time role offering competitive compensation and relocation/travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; equivalent experience considered.
  • Travel and relocation may be required for project locations.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Create business requirement documents from client workshops and stakeholders.
  • Craft high- and low-level designs, validate with prototypes and feedback.
  • Develop complex software applications and set coding standards.
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies aligned to requirements.
  • Lead technical implementation and deployment of new applications.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
  • Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
  • Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality
  • Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications
  • Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements
  • Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
  • Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions
  • Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols
  • Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects
  • Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
  • Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies
  • Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs
  • Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

Additional Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below location will be
Richmond, VA: $101,700 to $132,210
