Google Data Centers (GDC) End-to-End Quality team seeks an Infrastructure Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Quality Technical Program Manager to drive site/equipment/construction quality. You will collaborate with designers, developers, manufacturers, engineers, and operations, leading quality escalations and corrective actions.
You will extract and analyze facility data to verify performance, develop 3PDC quality programs, and drive scalable improvements for long-term success.

As an Infrastructure Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Quality Technical Program Manager, you work directly with developers, managing critical aspects of sites/equipment/construction quality. You collaborate with data center designers, developers, manufacturers, engineers, and operations, and drive quality escalations and failure analysis. You establish actual root causes and drive systemic corrective actions with demonstrated preventative solutions. You extract and analyze data from developers facilities readiness and our data centers to verify performance and drive improvements. You will develop and manage 3PDC quality programs and services for assigned projects and developers. You will lead teams to drive transformational capabilities for scalability and support organizational long-term strategies. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
