Google seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering programs within Cloud Supply Chain Services (CSCS). Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, supply chain, or engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role (with/without direct reports).
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience performing Business Intelligence or Data Analytics with SQL and data visualization tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic problem solving: define problem statements, form hypotheses, conduct research, analyze data and model to deliver recommendations with impact.
  • Identify and implement process and tooling improvements to optimize costs, inventory, and service levels across operations and NPI; collaborate with operations, business, and engineering teams to lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Establish and manage program governance structure, including roles, responsibilities, reporting cadence, and decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate critical planning cycles (demand signaling, execution orchestration, supply planning).
  • Collaborate and influence across multiple levels of the organization, leading cross-functional process and system improvements.

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
