Qualifications

• Strong understanding of product development processes: DFMEA, DVP&R, design release, and production validation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program planning and cross-functional coordination across battery, firmware, and vehicle integration development.
• Program milestones, dependencies, and critical path management across multiple concurrent programs.
• Risk identification and mitigation: surfacing technical and schedule risks early.
