Job summary

Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. As a Technical Program Manager on the Flight Software Team, you will own driving the execution, implementation, development, and test of Amazon Leo SW and tooling built to support it.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of technical program management or related experience
  • Strong technical background with ability to understand complex software systems
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and release management practices
  • Proven track record managing programs across multiple teams and dependencies
  • Experience with distributed systems or large-scale deployments
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar development methodologies

  • Own release planning and scheduling for software and tooling
  • Coordinate dependencies across cross-functional teams and manage risks
