Job summary

Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary construction programs across North American data centers. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with executives and engineers.

• Manage project progress, risks, and mitigations, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Gather internal requirements and deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment with supply chain collaboration.
• Resolve critical issues to protect project timelines and costs and drive consensus across partner organizations.

Minimum qualifications

• Support the development of prefabrication execution strategies and advanced work packaging initiatives for North American data center construction, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to scale consistent, repeatable processes.
