Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a seasoned IT program leader to manage a 20+ person team delivering O&M for on-prem networks while concurrently building a new software stack. The role can be based in McLean, VA or Chantilly, VA.

Candidates should have 10+ years in management, strong Agile program management experience, and proven skills in hiring, budgeting, forecasting, subcontractor and client management. Security clearance TS/SCI is required.

Job Description

Manage a team of 20+ IT professionals supporting O&M for on‑prem network and related services, while in parallel building a new software stack.

Role can be in McLean, VA or Chantilly, VA.

Here’s what you’ll need

• 10+ years of experience in a managerial role.
• Experience in the following areas:
  • Demonstrated ability to perform all managerial functions for program including hiring, forecasting, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client management.
  • Leading complex IT projects with 15+ employees.
  • Agile Program Management.
  • Client communication and management.

Bonus points if you have

• Network Infrastructure and Software Development experience.
• CISSP, Network+, PMP certifications.

Security clearance

• Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
