Job description

We are looking for a strong and technical program manager to drive and deliver the Enterprise software releases. This position will showcase your program management experience and knowledge of Generative AI innovations, large language models (LLMs) and machine learning (ML).

What you’ll be doing:
  • Directly manage technical alignment and product delivery with various NVIDIA partners.
  • Drive release planning and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams that are globally distributed across time zones.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence of specifications, set quality standards, and drive quality output of software releases.
  • Speak objectively and constructively about what is working well and what needs improvement as new processes develop.
  • Maintain systems to manage product feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive environment across the organization by modeling behavior that fosters good morale.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in relevant technology and computing ecosystems.
  • Lead a mix of infrastructure, full‑stack, and AI/ML solutions; inspire the team with a sound technical vision and create an inclusive team culture.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization; collaborate to implement standard methodologies, drive efficiency gains, and enhance performance.
What we need to see:
  • 8+ years proven track record in technical program management or related roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering (coding) and machine learning/deep learning software architecture and frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or another technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Deep hands‑on experience with deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.; up‑to‑date on generative‑AI advancements.
  • Experience leading programs that build software products using AI technologies.
  • Ability to cultivate teamwork among teams composed of both technical and non‑technical members.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills; able to work independently and multitask effectively with minimal day‑to‑day direction.
  • Proven track record of driving alignment across external and internal stakeholders and delivering complex products to customers.
  • Confirmed experience creatively resolving issues and resource conflicts; able to think strategically and tactically to build consensus.
  • Detailed knowledge of software engineering principles and experience with industry‑standard configuration management tools, productivity tools, and process automation.
  • Detail‑oriented with demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of Generative AI and large language models, specifically with NVIDIA GPUs and software libraries.

Base salary ranges are $168,000–$258,750 for Level4 and $200,000–$322,000 for Level5, depending on location, experience and comparable salaries.

You will also be eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
