The Role

As a Technical Program Manager for Deployments, you will own the end‑to‑end program delivery required to bring data center infrastructure and AI clusters online. You will operate in a highly ambiguous environment, coordinating across construction, infrastructure, networking, and operations teams to ensure deployment readiness and successful go‑lives.

This role requires an ownership mindset. You will be expected to move programs forward with sometimes incomplete information, surface and resolve gaps, and ensure progress across teams responsible for construction, networking, hardware, and operations. While physical installation and construction execution are owned by partner teams, you are accountable for overall delivery outcomes.

Focus

• Own program delivery for data hall and AI cluster activation, from planning through operational handoff
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams responsible for construction, infrastructure, network, hardware, and operations execution
• Translate hyperscale AI/GPU and DLC infrastructure requirements into actionable deployment plans
• Anticipate downstream impacts of technical sequencing decisions on capacity, schedule, and performance
• Drive alignment across teams operating at different speeds, scopes, and time zones
• Operate effectively in ambiguity, making progress with incomplete information and evolving requirements
• Maintain clear program artifacts and communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders
• Maintain momentum through changing requirements, tight timelines, and cross‑time‑zone execution

About You

• 5+ years experience in delivering complex data center or infrastructure programs in fast‑moving environments
• Strong understanding of AI/GPU infrastructure, including power density, cooling, networking, and deployment sequencing
• Familiarity with how construction, low‑voltage, and commissioning activities impact deployment readiness
• Proven ability to lead through influence rather than direct ownership of execution teams
• Comfortable operating with limited process and evolving inputs
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, fill gaps, and drive execution beyond defined scope
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on program management
• Comfortable operating outside standard business hours when required to meet deployment timelinesStrong execution mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and risk
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to ensure stakeholder alignment and understanding of priorities objectives throughout the project lifecycle
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to decision making

• You are willing and able to travel to data center locations, sometimes on short notice; expect to spend up to 60% of your time traveling

The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $275,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
