Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead data center design projects from requirements through closeout in the US-West region. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners and executives.
This role expands the Google Data Center Design Execution team to support a growing portfolio of data centers across the United States. Pay is US$240,000–$333,000 plus 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
This position expands the capacity of the Google Data Center Design Execution team to scale with the rapidly expanding portfolio of data center builds across the United States. This role is responsible for developing design delivery strategies, managing the delivery of all data center designs in the US-West Region, helping managing professional design services (architect/engineering firm) relationships across North America/South America (NASA), trending quality performance and lessons learned across the overall design program, and consistent reporting of program health to executive leadership.
