Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager for our data center operations team in the United States. You will drive automation across the procurement lifecycle, enhance reporting, and build data-driven strategies while partnering with Finance, Engineering, Legal, and Vendors to enable scalable growth.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in procurement within large matrix organizations, strong forecasting, and governance capabilities, plus a BA/BS or equivalent.

• Experience implementing processes across large matrix organizations.
• Experience with scaled infrastructure systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation across the procurement lifecycle and improve efficiency in internal operations and supplier interactions.
• Develop reporting mechanisms for procurement activities (order status, lead times, contract statuses, capacity lease activities).
• Apply analytical skills to identify trends, build models, and present findings with actionable recommendations.
• Foster partnerships across Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Vendors, Legal, and Business Owners.

You'll build on existing automations and identify new opportunities to improve efficiency within internal operations and supplier interactions.Improve and develop reporting mechanisms for procurement activities, such as order status by project, equipment lead times, contract statuses (SOW, PSA, MSA), and data center capacity lease activities.Apply excellent analytical skills to identify trends and patterns, build models, and present findings and recommendations. You'll expose business exceptions and unfavorable outcomes through data analysis and develop strategies to mitigate these issues.Foster strong business partnerships across a highly matrixed environment, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Vendors, Legal, Business Analysts, Business Owners, and Service Owners.What we need to see:Proven experience in identifying, improving, and implementing processes across large matrix organizations.Successful track record of working cross-functionally with global partners and experience with scaled infrastructure systems.Expertise in planning, forecasting methods, and governance within standard enterprise financial processes, procurement processes, and inventory management.Strategic problem solver with the ability to act tactically, build consensus, and solve problems. You can focus on details while maintaining a broad perspective.Diligent and experienced in multitasking in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.Minimum of 12 years of procurement-related experienceBA or BS (or equivalent experience).Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
