Job summary

Dexterity is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the Architectural Elements group, shaping processes that keep the hardware design pipeline moving and making day-to-day engineering decisions impacting robotics systems for warehouse automation.

You will drive program processes, track schedules and risks, coordinate with vendors and product teams, and support development across manipulators, mobility, perception hardware, compute and electronics.

What the role actually is

Dexterity is hiring a technical program manager for its Architectural Elements group. The group works on new hardware discovery, sourcing, specification, and design across manipulators, mobility, perception, compute, electromechanical systems, and electronics.

This is not a generic coordination job. The TPM is expected to shape the processes that keep Dexterity's hardware design pipeline moving and make day-to-day engineering decisions that affect new robotic systems used in warehouse automation products.
