The team partners closely with Lam’s Enterprise AI office, Global Operations functional business owners, technical teams, platform providers, and internal/external partners to identify, prioritize, deploy, and scale AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.The impact you’ll makeWe are seeking a highly skilled and versatile AI/ML/Automation Technical Program Manager to help bridge the connection between Global Operations business needs and AI/ML/Automation technical execution. This role will work closely with Operations TPMs, business process owners, Enterprise AI platform teams, vendors, and internal/external delivery partners across the full lifecycle of use-case implementation — from discovery, solution shaping, and build execution through deployment, adoption, run-state transition, and value realization.The ideal candidate combines strong operations process knowledge, technical fluency in multiple AI/ML/Automation platforms, solution design and deployment, and excellent program execution skills. This individual will act as a trusted connector between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate high-priority operational challenges into scalable, secure, explainable, and outcome-driven AI solutions. This role is critical to ensuring that Global Operations AI initiatives are not only technically feasible, but also operationally relevant, adopted by users, embedded into business workflows, and measured against clear value outcomes.What you’ll doAI/ML/Automation Strategy and GovernanceSupport evaluation and selection of AI/ML/Automation platforms & methodologies as well as build & run partners to create a robust partner ecosystem.Support creating and evolving a live multi-year GOPs AI Roadmap covering capabilities and value capture.Maintain visibility to GOPs AI portfolio, program health, technical risks, dependencies, system readiness, and resource needs.Technical Execution & Solution TranslationDrive end-to-end execution of AI/ML/Automation initiatives from discovery through value realization post deployment.Translate business challenges into clear technical problems & requirements. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
