  • Serve as the primary interface to the program— translate incoming requirements into actionable daily priorities and redirect team efforts as needed to maintain execution momentum
  • Provide leadership and direction to lab engineers and cross‑function contributors to ensure daily execution goals are met
  • Manage requirements intake— receive, clarify, and decompose program requirements into executable tasks for the lab team
  • Coordinate new program deployments in partnership with the on‑site Program PM, ensuring smooth bring‑up, resource readiness, and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive triage and issue resolution for system-, firmware-, and software-level issues encountered during platform bring‑up and validation
  • Maintain visibility into lab health, system availability, and execution blockers — elevate risks proactively
  • Facilitate communication between DPEG platform leads, chief engineers, and lab engineers to align on priorities and resolve dependencies
  • Integrate and oversee automated testing within CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) to support continuous validation
  • Manage and report within a ticketing system, ensuring clarity on task status, blockers, and resolution steps
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical programs or engineering teams in a data center, HPC, or GPU lab environment
  • Strong understanding of hardware bring‑up, silicon validation, and pre‑production platform deployment
  • Ability to interpret and act on program requirements, translating them into clear daily priorities for engineering teams
  • Experience interfacing with cross‑functional stakeholders including platform leads, chief engineers, and program managers
  • Knowledge of in‑lab infrastructure including test bench setup, system administration, and fault detection/management
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Ansible) and managed ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of computer hardware (GPU, CPU/APU, memory, PCIe, bus logic) and software architecture (driver/BIOS)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills — able to clearly convey status, risks, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
