Position SummaryLead complex internal software delivery programs while providing financial insights that support executive decision-making.Translate delivery and financial data into clear narratives, identify risks and trends, and recommend cost‑saving opportunities.
Lead cross‑functional software programs from planning through implementation.Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and delivery health.Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, PMO, and business leaders.Analyze budgets, forecasts, Opex/Capex, labor, vendor, software, and infrastructure spend.Build executive‑ready reporting that connects financial performance to business and delivery outcomes.Identify and recommend savings through vendor optimization, resource alignment, demand prioritization, and operational efficiencies.Develop business cases, scenario analyses, forecasts, and performance dashboards.Improve portfolio governance, financial controls, and planning processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of technical program, portfolio, or technology delivery experience.Proven success leading enterprise software delivery programs.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization.Ability to convert complex data into concise executive‑level stories and recommendations.Advanced Excel and presentation skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred.Strong communication, influence, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
MBA or relevant advanced degree.PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or Scrum certification.Experience with technology financial management, workforce planning and/or vendor management.
Reliable delivery of strategic software programs.Improved forecast accuracy and portfolio transparency.Actionable executive insights on financial performance and risk.Measurable cost savings and improved resource utilization.
