Job summary

Comcast leads complex internal software delivery programs and translates delivery and financial data into clear narratives for executive decision‑making. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Finance, PMO, and business leaders.

You’ll analyze budgets, forecasts, and spend while building executive‑ready dashboards and cost‑saving opportunities. As a senior program leader, you’ll drive scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources, ensuring delivery health and governance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of technical program, portfolio, or technology delivery experience.
  • Proven success leading enterprise software delivery programs.
  • Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost optimization.
  • Ability to convert complex data into concise executive-level stories and recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel and presentation skills; Power BI experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, influence, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Improve portfolio governance, financial controls, and planning processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of technical program, portfolio, or technology delivery experience.Proven success leading enterprise software delivery programs.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization.Ability to convert complex data into concise executive‑level stories and recommendations.Advanced Excel and presentation skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred.Strong communication, influence, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or relevant advanced degree.PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or Scrum certification.Experience with technology financial management, workforce planning and/or vendor management.
