Job summary

ITView Inc. in Washington, DC area is seeking a hands-on Agile leader to guide IT development teams and lead several cross-functional Scrum teams operating under a scaled agile framework. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery across multiple projects, with travel to client sites as required.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, Certified Scrum Master and PMP credentials, and the ability to travel to diverse client sites within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years IT experience with knowledge of at least 7 listed tools/skills; certification as Scrum Master and PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science or rel. with 2 yrs of IT experience and knowledge of at least 7 of the following skills: Kanban, Lean, XP, Informatica,Oracle, SQL, Cloud Architecture & AWS Services, MS Project, MS Visio, Jira & Confluence.
• Be Certified Scrum Master & Project Management Professional.
