ClassLink is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of cross-team software initiatives across our Development organization. You’ll translate roadmaps into actionable plans, sequence dependencies, manage risks, and coordinate releases to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

ClassLink is seeking a Technical Program Manager who will drive the predictable, coordinated delivery of complex initiatives across ClassLink’s Development organization. This role translates roadmaps and business objectives into actionable plans, sequences cross-team dependencies, manages risks, removes blockers, and coordinates releases to ensure work is delivered on time and with quality. Partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Design, Cloud, Security, and Product Operations, the Technical Program Manager aligns priorities and provides clear visibility into program status and critical paths. This role also uses AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting, identify dependencies and risks, and reduce coordination overhead. Success requires strong organizational and facilitation skills, sound delivery judgment, data-informed decision-making, and the ability to independently drive complex, multi-team programs to completion.
This role is remote with up to 15% travel.
